PayCashMobile's AAA/CAA Customer Service Kiosk Nominated in Three Categories in KioskCom's Interactive Kiosk Excellence Awards

The AAA/CAA Customer Service Kiosk, the interactive kiosk project PayCashMobile designed, created and deployed for the American and Canadian Automobile Associations, has been nominated as a finalist in the following categories: Best Kiosk Deployment for Travel, Hospitality or Entertainment; Best Content in a Kiosk Deployment and Best Hardware/Enclosure Design for a Kiosk Deployment.


Via a touch screen desktop, the AAA/CAA Customer Service Kiosk enables members to access services similar to those found on and Some of the features of kiosk include reservations for hotel, air and car rental. Members also can obtain driving directions, find information on account status, join, renew membership and conduct an array of financial services as well as access many other benefits available to members and non-members.


Written applications were reviewed by an independent panel of judges to determine the finalists. All finalists will participate in a final usability testing on April 18, 2005, at 2005 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Winners of the awards will be announced at the's Interactive Kiosk Excellence Awards Dinner and Ceremony at 7:30 pm on Tuesday April 19, 2005 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
